About me
Leila Jackson is a GIS Project Manager with the Northeast Ohio Regional Sewer District. She leads GIS initiatives, and provides support for the Regional Stormwater Management Program including stormwater master planning, model data management, planning and construction, and stormwater billing, as well as other projects. Through the development of applications, maps, databases and standardized operating procedures, she enhances workflows and improves data quality important in decision making.
