About me
Ms. Dong is a GIS technician at VDOT in the Right of Way and Utilities Division. She has been with VDOT for over 5 years after graduating from University of Virginia with a master's degree in urban planning. She is currently working on creating a Right-of-Way GIS database at VDOT.
Some of her skills include creating Survey123 forms, building ArcGIS operations Dashboard, and generating ArcGIS online Web Applications. She has a Japanese short tail cat and lives with her husband in Northern Virginia.
